    Before I started seeing Craig over a year ago, I was taking daily medication for a back condition and on some days had trouble walking. After we established routine workouts I was able to come off the medication and my condition is much improved. Craig is a trainer who really cares and drives for the best outcomes for his clients. He also is great company, which helps with making the workouts finish before you know it! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer, particularly if you have special requirements.

    Craig is always professional and supports me to achieve my fitness goals. He takes time to listen to what I want to achieve, and designs interesting programmes to meet my goals. Craig is patient and clearly explains exercises to ensure I am carrying them out safely. I appreciate the way he will change times whenever possible if I have work or family commitments. I always feel he gives me his full attention whenever I attend a session. I would totally recommend Craig Walker Personal Training to anyone wanting to embark on their fitness journey!
