I just want to take this time too thank Chloe Byran for her amazing work. You really couldn't find a better real estate lady who goes above & beyond to help you find the perfect property to suit your family needs. What i really love about Chloe and the mahi she does is putting it forward to the owners of the properties if they would consider pet friendly homes now, me being a dog lover i found it very hard to get a property due to my fur babies. Chloe helped me and my little whanau succeed in finding us a perfect pet friendly rental and for that i am very greatful 1000% recommend Chloe Byran she's amazing at what she does!

Extremely professional team. Great communication and friendly to deal with! After almost three years of renting from the Harcourt's Team. We are saying goodbye. We will definatly miss the views! As a tenant I am extremely happy with the service Brianna and the rest of the team provided. While my family and I have lived in the beautiful home, every single query was responded too. It's important as a tenant that you are made to feel comfortable and respected in the property that you are living in. We treated the property as we would treat our own home and we were reciprocated with the same level of respect. They are highly organised and have an absolutely professional approach to both the tenant and the owner side. If I we find ourselves renting out one of our properties, I will definitely be working with @teamgrouprentals. Thank you!

Chloe took us through the process of renting out our property. She is vibrant, bubbly, professional and extremely efficient. She made the process painless including organising contractors to bring the property up to a good standard, keeping us fully updated, explaining aspects of the contract, and was there to offer unbiased advice. I like that their focus is to create good relationships with both the landlord and tenant so that both parties benefit and are happy. Jennifer has since managed the property and has also responded quickly to any enquires.
