He went above and beyond- we originally wanted to look at a Honda Fit a few months ago but it had unfortunately sold, but he kept us updated with when a new one came in. Love my vehicle purchase (diesel mazda demio "Tardis"). Chris made sure the car suited my driving needs. Right from the first phone call, he made sure I was aware of the diesel filter requirements (i.e. 100 km/hour required, no city hop driving). I really appreciated that he made sure the car suited my needs.

Chris completely subverts the stereotypical reputation of used car dealers! From the first phone call to our visit and test drive, we had every confidence in our decision to buy a hybrid - much more so buying it through a licensed dealer than a private sale.
