Right from the first phone call, he made sure I was aware of the diesel filter requirements (i.e. 100 km/hour required, no city hop driving). From the first phone call to our visit and test drive, we had every confidence in our decision to buy a hybrid - much more so buying it through a licensed dealer than a private sale. Chris was fantastic with helping my partner and I get our first car. He went above and beyond- we originally wanted to look at a Honda Fit a few months ago but it had unfortunately sold, but he kept us updated with when a new one came in.
