        Bought a backpack for my 3yo daughter, only lasted for a few months. We have been very carefull of it but the cheap quality got the better of us. Update: Jan2023. We had a second backpack (pricier) for 2 years now. It's still going strong. Still looking new. I'm upgrading my review to 3stars.

        Shocking customer service , these girls were not going to provide a solution to a faulty product until i buckled down and refused to leave until rectified . Chubby teenage airheads all of them . Not a good look Smiggle .

        Amazing customer service. Always friendly, helpful and makes you feel welcome. Love the vibe in there. Lots of cool products to buy, but little on the expensive side. But well worth buying in the sales as the returns policy is awesome if faulty.
