        Stay away, cheap & very nasty! These people are terrible with horrible after sales service! (in particular Terry) We purchased a bath & toilet from the Porirua store & the toilet was delivered to us without a lid on the cistern. We complained & they accused us of loosing the lid (I mean how do you loose a blinking porcelain cistern lid?!) They did not want to replace but instead offered us an entire new cistern full price!!!..dodgy & extremely rude people. not worth the 1 star! ...PS all the 5 star reviews for this place are clearly spam & totally fake! Go on Crown respond with lies like all the other legitimate reviews!..just look how rude all of their responses below are to give you an idea of how they do business.
