        Like their products, they helped my bf quit smoking. But when I placed my 10th order and paid for it, they demanded me to send my ID before dispatching the order. The way they keep private information didnt make me feel comfortable. It took 2-3 weeks before refunding my $. I gave 3 starts to be fair and balance it out between their products and the 1 star service.
