    Our worst experience with this agent, we gave them 4weeks notice advance then moved out at 23rd Feb ,they said the new tenants would move in the second day . sent them 5 emails to ask the bond, after 6weeks we finally received the bond refund .

    Absolutely our worst experience with property managers, zero respect or care for tenants. Happy to jack up rent several hundred dollars the second they took over, never mind that we'd been good reliable tenants for 6 years. Ignore things they'd previously agreed to, skim read emails and then asked for viewings at times we'd already told them we couldn't do. Then of course they would just not bother to show up to viewings they'd arranged (and we wasted time tidying the place up for) or 'cancel' an hour after they were supposed to be there. Then we had a hassle getting our bond back because they screwed up the forms. Just generally super unprofessional and inconsiderate. We've had two other property management teams in our time renting, and currently a private landlord, and our experience has generally been decent (certainly nothing that would compel me to write a review), but Rentcare was a nightmare. Very glad we only had to deal with them briefly. Avoid these guys like the plague. Oh, and I'm 99% sure they bumped their own review score up. Did you know that 21 of the 4-5 star ratings were all placed on the same day? Something tells me 21 people didn't all randomly and independently decide that that was the day they had to give these guys a glowing review...

    Really unprofessional for a housing agency, first off when someone moved out they refused to acknowledge the change in tenants and did not provide the required forms when we tried to get somebody else onto the tenancy secondly when trying to contact in regards to getting the bond back after a couple weeks were just left with "oh someone will call you back" and left waiting even after calling them back a few times, surprise visits without any form of formal warning just showing up whenever and refusing to fix any problems with the house like hot water and broken light sockets, broken taps and moldy carpet in the bathroom. Tried to tell us we couldn't directly contact the landlord which was the only way we got anything fixed in the house and charged an arm and a leg for an outdated house. Will not be going through these guys again, save yourself the time and just go to someone else.
