        I dont even want to provide 1 star as thats being too generous. There is no point in using Oxygen as your property managers. They add no value for the money they collect. The inspections they do are very sub-standard, they did not even check the windows for cleaning and mould. Yet you are charged extra for each inspection they do and its a two second inspection where they are not really looking through the house properly. Stains left on carpets are not brought to your attention and they just see this as general wear and tear, even larger stains. I wouldnt trust them to properly manage your home or asset. They are not worth the money you pay.
