        Great service. Easy pick-up and drop off...no hassle at all. Despite being located a shortish walk from the airport, they have a shuttle ready to go at the drop of a hat. Recommend highly!

        Had a great experience with this car hire company where they provided extraordinary customer service picking us up from Paraparaumu when Wellington Airport was closed to small aircraft. They also had a prompt shuttle to the airport on return. Price was also great.

        The car we were supplied with came complete with a soft tyre. We didn't realise it was actually a slow leak until we were well on our way to Auckland. Given that we paid for a premium car, it would have been nice if they had bothered to actually check its road worthiness before handing it over. Re your reply - it would have been nice if you hadn't then charged us $2000 for a flat tyre that was your fault. You can expect 1 star reviews all over social media and I will not be recommending Sixt to anyone!

        To begin with they charged me incorrectly. Then the car had the service light on through out my journey- round trip from Wellington to Hastings. Reported the difference on my bill twice - first on they day of the rental, response was will fix you on your return. Nothing happened. Second in the feedback email but who cares.

        Friendly and efficient staff. Requested for car upgrade and swiftly done. Car was clean and return was efficient. After passing off the car key, all together about 10 to 15 minutes back to airport terminal by shuttle. Impressed and recommendable.
