        Very easy location, polite and streamline staff. The petrol station is right across the road for refuelling on drop off, and its a short walk from the airport, it would be a safe walk with bags. A new car in good condition Only negative is the car was not washed on pickup, dirty from a decent drive on a dirt road. But it was a busy period and I was grateful to get a car

        I had a "late" pick up at like 6:30pm. But everything was very smooth. Called the number and got picked up very fast. They already took pictures before, I just had to sign and was good to go. Giving it back, I had no issues in Auckland. They even have a "fair wear" policy, so they know it is a rental car and if it is a minor scratch, they have no problems with it. Would rent there again.
