Jetts Miramar

Jetts Miramar is a great branch but not a fan of the company as a whole. The Miramar branch is clean and tidy, has all the basics and is generally pretty quiet which I like. 24h access also a bonus. It is a bit small but easy enough to go when its not busy. The treadmills turn off if you stand on the sides/get off which is annoying for trying to do sprints or tie your shoes. There are no group fitness classes. The staffed hours are pretty short and inconvenient if you need to talk to someone. The company and especially the payment system is incredibly frustrating. Cancellation can only be done by email and they can take a while to respond. I pay by weekly direct debit, but theres no consistency to when payment comes out (could be a tuesday, wednesday, thursday or friday). This immediately results in being charged double bc I never know when the payment is so cant ensure I have money in my account. At this point Im being charged double almost every week and its not worth it

Love this little community at Jetts! I feel so welcomed and definitely keeps me coming back for more. Highly recommended!

Only visited once because I got too lazy to workout during the week. But it's a cool spot and very clean. It doesn't have punching bags which for me is the only downer. Besides that, I recommend working out here.
