        Don't answer the phone or any emails but other than that was a breeze to pick up our precious lil puppy who arrived happy and we'll - Don't forget to take ID for pickups.

        I arrived around 8:10am on the 25th of to Auckland airport. There was an Asian guy with the glasses at the Air nz baggage service counter(another Asian guy was sitting in the side doing computer so he has nothing to do with it), and I asked him if I needed to pick up my luggage cause I was transferring. He kept saying yes while I was talking, and all of the sudden asked me how many times he said yes to me. And he got out of the counter and slammed the counter glass if I could't hear him because of that shield. He was quite intimidating and rude. Can't believe this could happen at the service counter, and it definitely ruined the image of airnz and New Zealand.
