        Went in with card due to expire - told that one would be sent within a week and that until I got a new one my old one would continue to work. Both of these proved untrue.

        I dont recomend this bank to any one I have a bad experience with them . They dont respect the customers at all specially the lambton quay branch

        I found it very difficult to hear in the bank due to the acoustics. I felt like our conversation was going in circles and didn't match what the other branches has told my colleagues (I need to be added to an account for a charity as a boardmember). I was told I had make an appointment to do something that other board members had had no difficulty doing in person at other branches. It was frustrating to take an afternoon off work and not be able to even figure out what needed to be done. I felt better seeing these reviews, because I left in tears.
