        We rented a car here six days ago and returned it at AUK. The location was convenient, within walking distance of our hostel and Te Papi. The staff was friendly and explained everything we needed to know thoroughly. We received an upgrade which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise.

        I left my sunglasses in the car I returned to Wellington Dixon St. When I rang back to arrange pick up, they said they werent there. No one else would have had access to the vehicle. Also disappointed they did not ring me back to give me further update after I asked them to check with other staff on duty.
