        Their service is a minus star , if it was possible. No one shared the info that we would deliver the car in Picton, so we payed for the ferry. We arrived late, they were closed. We took a Uber. Next day we tried to pick up the car, one day without a car, and the office was closed. No other information. So frustrating! So hard to trust and use I do not recommend!

        When we arrived at the station it was already closed, even though we communicated that we would arrive after 5PM and I even called them ahead to tell them again on the same day. We had to take an Uber to our Airbnb outside of the city and back to the city on the next day to pick up the car. When we picked it up, it looked fine and no damage was visible. After driving for a while, I noticed that there was a HUGE hole in one of the tires! There was also still trash in the car from the person who rented it before. Who doesn't notice something like this?! This was our first time with Europcar and will also be the last one, unbelievable.
