Avis Car Rental Wellington Downtown

I was just dropping off my rental car, but staff member was very polite and handover was very quick. Extremely busy, so had to just leave the car at the front of the garage, but staff member said this was all fine.

Wish that calling them was easier. Every Avis phone number that I get given by the call centre staff when I asked for a direct contact just brings me back to the same call centre. The call centre staff also called the Dixon St depot for me about 3 times today as I needed to get a car returned, but no answer... I hope my boss doesn't get mad at me for this

Very professional staff. When we went in the gentleman who served us was very nice and clear. super helpful. Next to us was a lady who was very upset over an issue that wasn't Avis's she was just looking for someone to yell at. The service she recieved was amazing. I don't know how the worker held such a straight face and was able to keep answering her questions. He should be commended for thje amazing customer service he gave her even though she was getting angry at him.

Refused to let us rent a car because of my age and said a previous accident meant their insurance wouldn't cover. Went with Budget rental instead. They were very accommodating.
