Bodyhaven Spa Willis Street

My friend and I booked the Boss Spa Package and it was the best! Head to toe pampering and amazing, friendly service from the team. We felt so good after the session and highly recommend the boss spa package and the Bodyhaven team at Willis Street.

The staff were totally unprepared. They didn't talk us through the treatment at all and I had to ask them. Didn't ask about the massage and what pressure, focus areas etc... I did mention at the time of the booking that I am pregnant and whether I could have it tailored to pregnancy - apart from giving me some pillows and it wasn't a pregnancy massage. The environment was very bland and I had to request for music to be put on. No candles (I understand this could be because it's a safey issue?) or any other form of aromatherapy or ambient lighting. There was mould in the corners of the shower. I had swapped the facial for a mani/pedi and the manicure was a truly painfulexperience as well. My nails were filed so unevenly I had to ask for them to just be cut short in the end. I would have expected a little bit better for the price! I had some good reviews from other people which is why I thought I'd make a booking as a present for my husbands birthday. But after the experience, we've had I wouldn't go back there. I also emailed them twice and didn't hear back. I guess the customer experience isn't a priority for them?
