I would not even give him a 1 star. Tried to get amalgam that was stuck in a hole suctioned by the nurse at a prior visit. The nurse warned him to watch out for nerves - he cut the mandible nerves and I have never regained feeling in that area EVER AGAIN.

I've been going to Ross for over 10 years now and I've never been anything but delighted with the quality of his work, the way he approaches and explains options, and the process as whole. Probably a funny way to phrase it, but I feel very safe with Ross's hands and opinions in my mouth!

Ross is the best dentist I have ever been to. He makes the patient feel very comfortable, thoroughly explains processes, rationale, does everything to the best standard and has great conversation!! Have nothing but great experiences when I go there. Thanks!!

Been coming here for years, since I was a poor student. I have had anxiety with dentists in the past, and whether to fully trust their advice. Ross overcame this anxiety by always very respectful of circumstances or why teeth get to a certain state. Ross always explains what he is doing in plain English, and provides easy teeth care tips for day-to-day life, which I think have helped my teeths condition. His sense of humor is an added bonus.

Ross Jackson has been my dentist for 20 plus years and he has always provided excellent care, treatment and advice. Unfortunately he has had to deal with complications from my earlier school dental work and my resulting dental phobia. Ross has been very kind, patient and supportive during my appointments. I would happily recommend this practice for their excellent care.
