Ive come here 4-5 times over a spam of 2 years and have had positive results with both the dental procedures and dentist Andrew who is really good at his job, sadly Ive had an encounter over the phone with one of the staff member here where she was extremely rude to me when Id had mistaken my appointment time she was demanding an explanation from me to why I didnt come and to why Id wasted their precious time her attitude and response towards me was unprofessional and rude, I have left this dentist, sadly I just felt like dollar signs in their eyes glad I left

This place is going downhill. I'm the last of my family and friends moving to another dentist. I'm sick of repeatedly being treated like scum by the admin. Repeated cancellations hours before the appointment for doubious reasons and then have to wait for months again.Unfriendly, unqualified and rough admin Staff who don't care. Don't go here if you want a bettter experience.
