        The staff do not know what they are doing. They talk their way around what the customer wants and questions they do not know. They also have not fixed what I have came in to fix numerous times and pretty much say there is nothing they can do about it. Meaning I have to go back the next few days. This would not have been the first time this has happened to me either. This is the closest spark to me meaning I have to go in when I have problems. Not impressed in the slightest!
