Im out, they keep revising fee structure at will without regard to long term customers. New structure is only better for high spenders as the fees are capped when you spend a high amount.

Having so much trouble... signed up - Deposited money - then could not log back in... Tried contacting but no response... Cant find a phone number and no replies to my emails or messenger... Whats going on???

This is a solid platform for a starter investor, offering a very basic solution to get into stocks - response time is good, and communication is mostly clear. They only have a website interface (so no App), however, and update times for prices are confusingly and inconsistently slow, so dont expect to time the market especially well. It should be importantly noted that while they do offer shares on the American market, there are many, many shares not available to invest in (including those of some very big companies) on the exchanges offered. They were also one of the platforms that shut down trading on a certain popular stock recently which is unquestionably problematic to my mind. (UPDATE: please see their response - sounds like it was out of their hands, appreciate the clarification) I trust the company will understand that my mentioning this is simply so new investors understand what theyre going into when they sign up; trading is new to most kiwis, and Sharesies offers a good, safe hand-holding experience - a great way to dip your foot into stocks. Hopefully it can keep momentum and become a more sophisticated product in the future.
