This used to be a fantastic club, but it's a shame to see what it has become. Due to an injury, I placed my membership on hold for an extended period of time, however, this hold was reversed without my consent and payments taken off my account. Once I got my hold in place again, unauthorised payments were still being taken off. I finally decided to cancel my membership as it was the only way to stop them from taking the money. In order to get refunded, I had to visit the club more than 5 times as my calls and emails were unanswered and ignored. The club manager is rude and unhelpful, and did not provide me with another option than having to deal with him. I have been trying to resolve this for 5 months and I am still waiting for my money. Totally unacceptable!
