If you want to try online training that provides encouragement and support coupled with accountability, then T'vita from CodeElite is the person you need! After years of not training consistently, I decided to train at home with a 'virtual/online' trainer, and I am grateful that T'vita was that person. Even through absence and illness T'vita still checked in to see how I was doing. Even though I 'fell off the wagon' a little, I'm back on it, training consistently, after creating good habits.
