We approached Nick Leko for some advise in regards to where to actually start with getting the ball rolling - We were not sure the direction to take with renovating our home, selling as-is, doing minor aesthetic repairs, rebuilding and the like. Nick gave us a free consultation in which we discussed the possibilities; there was no pressure to go any particular way - he had some good ideas we had not considered before and showed his experience in the advise he gave. We were looking to upgrade our wee home and the team came up with some amazing ideas, even when our ideas evolved. Very detailed and thorough conversations for things we needed to consider. Started with an ideal budget then the building costs skyrocketed due to the industry. Nick and his team are still able to design something we will be happy with, within budget. Though weve not gone ahead yet due to personal circumstances, we absolutely will be in the future.
