Quest Atrium

I helped a man write his letter to his case manager at winz in the reception area while trying to get a refund for the 2 nights I booked. The room was not remotely what I expected when we booked it. My partner and baby got invited to a very loud party opposite our room and a man who said he worked at the hotel walked into the room on my partner while I was parking the car. I WOULD AVOID THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR SAFETY.

The Quest Atrium was a great place to stay. Centrally located. Short strolled via James Cook hotel elevator and youre in the heart of Lambton Quay and shopping bonanza awaits. Place was well equipped with amenities. The washing machine and dryer combo was handy and saves washing when returning home. Staff was warm and polite. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend and return.

Talk about false advertising! The photos for the room I booked were alot nicer than the actual room. We had a slide door that opened half way, had no balcony and a broken hand rail. Smelly hallways, probably due to MSD clients living there (which should also be stated) chipped paint, burnt kitchen bench, sticky instruction pamphlets and the pool isn't apart of the building so don't be fooled by that either. Won't be back, and don't recommend to anyone
