        Stained and dirty room, bird poo on the window sills, hotel has a off smell all through it, in competent staff couldn't even make a second room key, staff refused to even give a partial refund.

        The location of this hotel is perfect. Three minutes away from the waterfront. The cable car station is also nearby. The staff was very friendly, especially the receptionist named Deborah was very friendly and helpful. The hotels restaurant is alright but too expensive for the quality and the portion sizes of the food. The only downside was that my room had a door to the room next to mine. Unfortunately, I could not lock the door on my side which made me feel uneasy and through the door, the conversations could be understood without any issues.
