        The service from the morning duty manager (nimal was his name) was horrible and quite arrogant and also from the bartender that was on Saturday night. The room was not serviced even though we asked for it to be. Also the sink in our room seemed to be blocked as the water would not go down. I was very unsatisfied by this stay. Worst stay in any Hilton property within New Zealand. Will not be staying here again Respectfully yours Robert
