Stayed for 2 nights and couldn't use the Chrome Cast in my room. It would cause the TV to crash everytime so had a staff member check it out on both nights, still didn't work. Found out at check out that there was actually no Chrome Cast in my room the whole time so that was all an annoying waste of time.
Phone in room was also broken, the cupboard door wouldn't close over the fridge, the heating was loud and a little hard to use although it did work and the shower pressure sucked (staff member told me to shower at a time when less other people would be showering to resolve that issue).
I think these issues were mostly related to the room that I was staying in as my colleague stayed in a different room and it was fine.
