Do not use for any watch repair. I took my omega to be looked at in 2018 as it was loosing time and was told it needed a full service with multiple part replacements which I paid $1400. Again I returned a few years later with the same problem and this time was told exactly the same thing with a cost of $2000, I asked for the watch to be returned and took it to a reputable watch expert for a second opinion who examined and noted the original service to be sub-standard with not even oiling carried out. This has been service correctly and adjusted for $650. I believe the practice at Partridges unscrupulous, fraudulent and unethical, and will now consider my options for reimbursement of the original fee and a complaint to Omega.

Super impressed! Friendly efficient service, and I was able to take my small Cavapoochon dog Zibu in. My watch needed a new battery, pressure test and clean. It came back like new for a fair price. I really appreciated the high level of service with my Oceanaught watch. Only the best! Thankyou!

Bought my partner gift for your anniversary couple weeks ago. Really warm welcome from Derek. Great experience. An amazing experience! And very nice touch on the bottle of champagne In the following days I got the magic call informing me that my Rolex was available after 2 years of patience. So, I run to the store to buy the Rolex. I was so excited, and I wanted to share this life experience on my YouTube channel. Unfortunately, I got a mixed experience on the purchase and I wasnt able to share this online. And let the staffs know my feelings. In the following days the staffs came back to me, and was really sorry of my experience. The staffs was really sweet and professional, and fixed my experience by doing the best you can expect on the customer service. Even if we can not comeback on the experience itself, I truly appreciate the customer service and the following service of my purchases. Its rare to found a store that is taking care of their customers after a sell. Will definitely comeback for future purchase.
