        Got a good second-hand Electrolux machine here for a very reasonable price a while back. I later found the foot to be faulty, so took it back and the lady replaced the foot with a better, brand new one at no cost. Most excellent.

        Never open when they say they are. Open between 1pm and 1.30pm today isn't exactly customer service

        Quite possibly the worst experience of customer service. Took vacuum cleaner in for repair - was advised would take a few days. Almost 2 weeks later and down $60 deposit (cash since no EFTPOS available!!). We have called daily to be continually advised it will be back the following day. Today advised they don't know what is wrong with it! Why they couldn't have just communicated this in the first place. Bunch of absolute muppets - astounding that this place is in business!
