Experience of getting my first pair of glasses was great and really like the styles. Had posted a review of coming in to get a spare screw at the shop for one that had popped out and was told they didn't carry spare screws. Actually received a prompt follow up communication from the store about that information from the review and apparently I was told the incorrect info and very nicely offered to help me out! Great service and very impressed with their attention to customers.

Love going in here as all the staff are super friendly and get them to adjust the arms of my sunnies with no fuss and a free clean also. The frames are super on trend and always find what I need, I love the chain accessories also as used them for my mask when we were wearing them constantly also. Would recommend to anyone needing an optometrist in Welli as they know their stuff!!

Started going to Bailey Nelson 4 years ago and as a permanent 4 eyes for almost two decades means Ive been to a fair share of optometrists stores and I will always put Bailey Nelson on top. The variety of glasses keeps my options open (especially when nose pads are essential) The staff are lovely and make you feel welcomed. Any issues with my glasses can be quickly resolved within minutes of walking through the doors. I also enjoy the affordability of the glasses as well as the ease of using insurance to pay for them.
