        We regret every minute of our relationship with KITT. Information and dates in listing was wrong, weren't told about viewings and had multiple people show up with the field agent 5 minutes before hand. They then proceeded to bring them through whilst we were frantically cleaning. Missing payments, undisclosed fees, extremely poor communication. I was forever needing to chase them for updates or information. Communication was so disjointed and was never proactive.Our tenants moving in said they were also kept in the dark on the other end too.Would not go near them again.

        Terrible service and rude staff that are condescending on the phone when following up on delayed tasks. The low price point is reflective of their service. You really get what you pay for.
