I am not requested to write this testimonial but I have asked to Karen if I can write this testimonial as I would like to thank her for my genuine appreciation of her conveyancing work win relations to the sale of my farms in Yenda NSW. I purchased these two farms in 2019 and having some delayed settlement issues myself rising from complications from my lender, it ended up settling in 90days from the exchange of the contract. There were normal issues to deal with in purchasing a farm including water, easement etc as well as delays in settlement. Eventually when I settled I was very surprised to receive $12,000+ conveyancing bill from the law firm whom I was referred to by the selling agent. When I sold my farms this year, I wanted to have fixed cost convincing to ensure I do not have a nasty surprise at the end, although I was bit nervous about the quality of work as it was not a law firm in the event if things did not go simply. However, the sale did had number issues including changes of buyers details etc, and sales had become a very complicated one. There was delay, release of deposit and one can say it was a very complex transaction then even when I bought the property. I can say the property was settled last Friday finally and Karen was so professional from the first day and her work was absolutely professional and communication was always prompt. There is no doubt if I had used a law firm without a fixed price, I would be easily looking 5-7 times more than what I had paid to Your Property Matters yet Karen who never compromised her time on my issues always and made sure all was done well in advance and at the highest quality.
