Amazing support. Khalid was fantastic throughout the whole process. As a first home buyer he helped with all my questions and was friendly and approachable. Jane is a godsend. She is knowledgable, professional and clear in her communications. Jane contacted me after I sought recommendations from agent finder. She introduced herself and we made appointment to chat via whatsapp. From the very first acquantance, she was reassuring and answered all my queries. I had many queries as I was unfamiliar with the sale process and requirements in New Zealand. I felt more assured after chatting with her. She was professional, approachable, pleasant and very patient. She was able to communicate clearly and explain in great details the answers to my queries. As I did not know any lawyer in NZ, I also sought her help to recommend me some lawyers who could help me with the legal process of the sale transaction. Gael Van Hattum is an anmazing agent! She is very reliable, honest and goes over and above. She is easy to communicate with and very efficient. Gael recommended a good advertising campaign based on my budget and gave good advice for what needed to be done on the house to ensure it was market ready. I would highly recommend Gael as if SOLD is what you are after.
