Sam Newble and Ben Ryan helped us sell our house in Berhampore in August 2022. This was a very challenging time in the market, but they managed to get us four offers in just under a month by deadline sale (with a very good result). Their communication and support throughout the process was fantastic, from initial appraisal and advice on the process, to setting the 'offers over' price, and also advising us on strategy for making offers on our new home in Lower Hutt. Highly recommended.

I can't fault Phil Mears and his team. Their communication and dedication to working for me was outstanding. I was Auckland based, but Phil made the sale of my home in a difficult market, that much easier. I would highly recommend Phil to sell your property.
