Great quality repair and excellent service - they saved a beloved pair of boots that I thought were beyond repair. Far superior to other repair stores I have tried. Will definitely be back.

Really disappointed with the quality of workmanship from these guys (Plimmer Steps branch). The person on the phone told me they had been repairing Louboutins for 20+ years however the nick in the stem I wanted repaired (and at least painted to blend in) wasn't painted, the sole replacent was shoddy and not nicely blended with the original sole and there's fresh scrapes in the soles that weren't there before I took them in for repair, my boyfriend's pair of dress shoes had the heels replaced and stained but they only stained half the sole and it's pretty damn obvious from the side, plus there's a section at the toe that's still unrepaired, the new tips on some of my other heels weren't filed down to match the stem, and parts they said would be glued down weren't. Pretty gutted from so-called "professionals," they've ruined a bloody expensive pair of heels and I won't be going back. Only giving a one star rating because it won't let me give less.
