CMH 4 Massage

Have seen Chris a few times now he is very experienced in what he does. Amazing sports massage, Chris always knows the pressure points to work on. Would definitely recommend.

I found Chris from a recommendation through a friend. I went to 4 different massage therapists in Wellington with no luck of finding someone who can cater to what I needs, chris was onto it and likes a challenge! Would highly recommend him to anyone

Chris is amazingly talented and knowledgeable and really understands the body and how to assist efficiently in muscular ailments, recovery and injuries. My sports massage left me feeling a major relief in muscle tension and pain, allowing me to train and move more efficiently too! He is very experienced and also super friendly, making the experience great! Would highly recommend to anyone thanks again Chris and see you next time!

I have just discovered Chris after a recommendation and have had two sessions so far that have been great! Chris really knows his stuff and where the tight spots were in my muscles. I am definitely keen to keep seeing him and would recommend him to anyone. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to which is a bonus

I have been seeing Chris for a while now after being told about by other runners. Not only professional but you feel comfortable and relaxed, highly recommend. I now have both my children seeing him, this is what every sporty person needs.
