Kaz at Elite Muscle Therapy has changed my life - she is amazing!!! Kaz has helped me so much with my chronic pain, reducing my sciatica, cramping and spasming, and just generally soothing my body. I try to go every 2-3 weeks, and my body definitely lets me know if it has been a bit long between appointments. I have had chronic pain for almost 10 years and tried almost everything. Massage from Kaz has given me more relief than anything else I have tried - this is a true health treatment, not a relaxation massage. Kaz is incredibly skilled and often works on muscles that I don't even know exist - this can be painful but it is SO worth it because for me, one hour of targeted pain means two weeks of reduced general pain! Kaz, Thank you! You have made such an incredible difference to my wellbeing, I don't know what I would do without you!

What a wonderful experience! My massage with Larisha was excellent and exactly what I needed. It is no coincidence that all the reviews are 5 stars. Definitely worth a visit for anyone who sits all day or does any physical activity.

Kaz is an incredible woman with a vast amount of knowledge. Very professional throughout her consultations and therapy. Helping for an ongoing injury and have never walked out feeling so refreshed and pain-free after a treatment. Highly recommend touching base with Kaz to help align your body and mind as a whole! Ill be back for sure!

Kaz is extremely professional and one of the best therapists I've ever been to. Her treatment saw me through an intense period of training and helped me to complete my first ultra marathon while managing an ongoing knee issue. Highly recommend seeing Kaz if you want to look after your body beyond that next peak!
