Not great service. When I asked after a quote, the guy just said prices, with no real interest. I ask if he could change the tyres he said NO so fast he ushered me out of the store noting it couldn't be done!! Didn't care at all! Your service is terrible. Wouldn't Not recommend!!! Do not go here. Better service up the road at Good Year Autocare on Vivian Street.

TERRIBLE customer service from the contact centre. I called this afternoon because I had a flat tyre on my car. I had purchased them from Tony's in Kilbirnie which has subsequently closed down. I wanted to know if I could get the free repair done at Cambridge Terrace instead, and if putting the tyre repair sealant into my tyre would impact the chance of it being repairable. The man on the phone was absolutely NO help at all, he kept saying he couldn't tell me (which seems an obvious question for a tyre repair business) and put me on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up on me. He has absolutely ruined any chance I will go to your store, and I will take my business elsewhere. He was unhelpful and I believe purposefully put me on hold until he finished at 5:30. Really poor form. Guess I'm going back to Beaurepairs.
