Since we only had a rental car and actually have to pay for tire damage ourselves, the nice lady at reception spoke to the landlord and took over the English communication. Die haben gesehen, dass beide Reifen bis zum Draht abgefahren waren. Da wir nur ein Leihwagen hatten und eigentlich fr Reifen Schden selbst aufkommen mssen, hat die nette Dame am Empfang mit den Vermietern gesprochen und die englische Kommunikation bernommen .Letztendlich mussten wir nichts bezahlen und haben sehr schnell zwei neue Reifen bekommen. I can't put a zero but that's the experience we got. We went there for a check service and change fluids. We got a Grabone coupon. Ok. We stay around because it would take around two hours or so, so we went to the coffee near and we were working there. They finished, we go home. We check what was done. The oil was checked and refilled and all the checks were perfect. Ok. Two hours later we were going to a friend house and five minutes we started hearing noises and the oil lamp was on. What ?? We search for the nearest gas station. We put oil on it because was empty. They we realised was leaking everything. We call to them and someone said he will go to the gas station. He went on a motorbike and bring a filter so he knew they did something wrong. Needles to say, we end up calling our friend she gave us a ride home we stay without the car for all the weekend and on Monday they said they needed more time because all the oil spelled (they supposed to call on Saturday, they never did) and they never call we call them all the time. Finally gave is the car. The car is running but who knows how much damage they did to our car. Definitely won't recommend No-one. Also they call us today saying we were due to bring the car for a service... What ??? Worst service ever.
