No complaints at all. Very punctual, no fuss.

Booking is PAINFUL! I tried to call - they said to send an e-mail to "accounts". When I tried going through their website I could only fill out the web page, and there was no confirmation that my booking had been accepted. I am going to book a taxi through another company because I don't know if my booking has, or has not, gone through. Come on - it's 2023. You can at least provide a decent web-based booking system!

Due to an injury I can not walk far and rely on taxis for transport. I booked a taxi 2.5 hours early, to give me time for dinner in Wellington while guaranteeing I would be early for my bus to Auckland. Ekocabs took my booking, however did not send a cab. Every time I called they said the driver would arrive "soon". The fourth time I called for an update, (they were 2 hours late by this stage) I was put on hold while they "spoke to the driver". When taken off hold 20 min later they had forgotten who I was or why I was on hold. They then told me the driver was "close by". I told them that I needed to be at my destination in 30 min, and it was a 25 min trip, so the driver needed to pick me up within 5 minutes. They hung up on me. I called another company, who nearly got me there in time... I wish I had given up on Ekocabs sooner. It cost me $300 to follow my bus to its next stop, due to Ekocabs taking 2.5 hours to not turn up, while repeatedly claiming that their driver was on his way, and would arrive "soon". Ekocabs are genuinely terrible, I would crawl to my destination (with broken bones) before I would waste my time calling them.

Great service from Graeme, arrived early to pick up point and was friendly and chatty throughout the ride.

Have been using Ekocabs for the last year or so and can't fault their service. Haven't been late or let me done. Booking is easy, get texts confirming bookings, will continue to use them.
