        Really bad experience! I went there to get a new battery and some links off my watch. Got told the job was complete, paid $75 but they forgot to take the links off. Then went back and told them to they forgot the links so they did it but then charged an extra $25! Ridiculous! Not mention the terrible service. If you want value for money and a smile don't go here.

        This is a wonderful watch repair store. I took in an old Movado that had stopped running and they took a day to open it up and see what was the problem. They called me later that day to ask me if it was OK if they kept it for a few days more to investigate the issue. Three days later, it was completely fixed and the bill was so shockingly low I almost thought it was a mistake. Friendly staff, very customer focused, willing to take their serice to the next level. Love this place and strongly recommend for watch repair.
