        This shop has absolutely amazing customer service. I've been a couple of times now to have a battery replaced and a pin I knocked out and lost. Both times they were incredibly kind. When I went in for the pin replacement they immediately fixed it on the spot in less than 30 seconds for FREE. Mind blowing!

        Went in today and got a watch strap fixed on a watch I didnt buy from there and they wouldnt take any payment for doing it. Fantastic Ill be back great selection of knives too

        Always a fantastic experience visiting 5.45 Watches. Ryan and the team are endlessly helpful, well informed and patient. Over the past few years Ive purchased watches from them, used them for servicing and repairs, battery replacement and resizing straps/bracelets. Never been disappointed. Can only recommend to anyone who has a passion for watches and prefers the more relaxed and friendly atmosphere here to what you get in most of the ADs.
