        Great classes that go by very fast! Lots of different instructors too so you can find the one that suits what you like most. Atmosphere is also very nice!

        Awhi is my favourite yoga studio that I have found. I like that the teachers discuss the various principles of yoga in each class, because I have never had this taught in other yoga studios. Awhi emphasises listening to your own body and the envrionment of the studio is very friendly and relaxed. I highly recommend Awhi for people that are nervous to try their first yoga class.

        I absolutely love the classes at Awhi! I've recently purchased the Month trial and have thoroughly enjoyed doing a mid-week Yin class with a Saturday morning flow class. The teachers are amazing and I look forward to each class I go to.
