        Had an appointment but was cancelled at midday the day my daughter was meant to attend, due to sick staff member. Asked for another date which I said about the same time, then she kept offering different times morning, midday but not afternoon which is what I wanted. Once it finally got through to her she then said the next one is in 5 months time. WHAT!!! I asked since they go to the schools can they see what's available and was told no as she works elsewhere and I said well can you talk to your staff, which she said no.
