Just called in worst customers service ever. Shanti or whoever was on the phone Lacked professional customer service skills. I understand its a Monday morning but man, have some pride in your work.

Gurpinder provided excellent care and service for me. I am very pleased with the results and the way that he explained the procedure and the pain relief provided. The outcome has been beyond my expectations and I would recommend Gurpinder to anyone seeking dental treatment.

My son had an appointment today at 11.20 arrived at 11.00am due to having to fill out forms when I got there when I was filling out forms I was told they are running late I received no phone call about this after waiting for a long time we went in at 1pm for a very short 15 minute appointment to check my son's tooth when I rang to make the appointment they said it would cost between $30-$50 when I went to pay she goes $73 please and I said what the hell for photos of his tooth which I didn't ask for it would have been nice if she asked if we wanted it done $20 for 1 bloody photo of his tooth yes they were apologetic about the waiting time but this was bad they wanted me to bring my son back I January I said no I'm not paying about $70+ for a check up I'll take him to bee healthy and this appointment was ment to be coved by ACC we won't be going back
