We are so grateful to have Cassandra as our property manager. We live in Auckland and our rental property is in Wellington. Cassandra is a great communicator, professional and really knows her business. She was quick at finding good tenants and coordinated maintenance when it needed doing including, for us some big jobs like a new roof ! We have recently sold the property and she worked in collaboration with the real estate agent for the duration which was a big relief to us being stuck in Aucklands COVID lockdown! We cant thank her enough

My husband and I used Cassandra Palmers Rental management business' Yes Lets for the purposes of renting our 3 bedroomed house , last May, for a short term 6 month period. And while I knew that my request was not a usual one for Cassandra , she agreed to it and entered into it with the same business' approach she would do for any other of her long term tenancy clients 'Yes', she could and would she said and do this she did, for me Using the same positive approaches she would do for all her clients I learnt , as we progressed thru the process of trying to find casual tenants that suited both the tenants and us as landlords . While at the same time ensuring that both sides of the agreement that was reached , were happy and on board , when all arrangements were finalized . We left our house in good hands while we were away , and while we were Yet Lets provided us skillful, people focused excellent management by: Keeping us in the loop at all times . And by providing excellent pre mid and post tenancy property repots To the point that when we retuned home the tenants she had chosen for us had left our house in an excellent state. We are more than happy with Yes Lets rental management and will use Cassandrea's business again when we plan our return overseas, for a repeat short period of time.
