        Carlene has managed our properties for several years. She is professional, friendly and deals with all the day-to-day issues with ease. She also makes sure our properties meet the Healthy Home Standards and helps us oversee big maintenance projects. We feel well informed and are very happy with how Carlene looks after us, our properties and most importantly our tenants.

        I have been trying to contact Boutique Property Management for almost 2 weeks now, whenever I call either number I only get answer phone, I have sent emails, which have gone unanswered and left messages, which have again gone unanswered. It is extremely frustrating.
