got a great electric bike at evo they made it easy to access and affordable the staff could be more helpful nice to get decent service

Very unhelpful. Not a family friendly store. The kids bikes are locked up. Scooters are on display (not allowed to test apparently) $180 scooters you want to be able to test. When we were eventually served the female staff member was extremely rude. We were in the market for two kids bikes and two scooters (upwards of $900). We couldnt get out of there fast enough!

They decided to do extra work on my bike without asking me first. They had my phone number, but instead of calling, they just did it and charged me more than double what I had originally been quoted for. (These were not function-critical repairs.)

I just bought my first e-bike (a Trek Verve+2) and am really happy with the bike and the service from Evo. Roman was super helpful in helping me work through options - explained things clearly, didn't make me feel pressured in any way, and really took the time to find out what I needed and what would be best for me. When I picked the bike up, Roman again went through everything carefully and provided great assistance in choosing a helmet and other accessories. As a novice e-bike rider and owner, I appreciated his calm and helpful approach and feel really confident about the ongoing support I'll be getting from Evo. Thanks!
