Ebikes & Mobility

I brought my e bike in for a puncture repair late afternoon March 16th and picked up the following morning. Very inexpensive repair. Excellent service, thank you.

So, I thought I'd find out more about ebikes. There are a few bike shops in Paraparaumu that sell them so I dropped into 3 of them. Two had bigger, flashier shops with lots of bikes. Sadly, the service in both was lacking and I really couldn't get the info I wanted or get to find a bike that may suit me. However, when I visited Ebikes & Mobility it was quite the opposite. I was greeted by someone who was knowledgeable and friendly. After working out what I actually needed he gave me a couple of options and I chose one to test. He came out for a ride with me to help understand the right settings to use and how to get in the right gear and power level for the terrain. We went a fair distance. I ended up buying a bike which was on sale and kitted it out with a few key accessories and by that afternoon they had set it up and delivered it to my house. It's a pretty unassuming shop but don't let that fooll you. They're great people with great products. Check them out.

Purchased new ebike 1st time user for my wife. She loves the bike and good advice from the team with ongoing support.
